Social movements is a group of people that have the same views and ideas regards of the human rights in their community and make a voice about their opinon. Socials movements sometimes don’t work effectively, but it raises the chance of change then not voicing at all.

Representative Democracy

In the Huffing post, “Bill introduced to move Election date in the United States insists that election for the bill should moved to another day because the federal government wants to use the representative democracy voting process in order it to be equal. Representative Democracy is a political system in which citizens hold power indirectly by selecting representatives who render public decisions on their behalf in popular assembles. They want the citizens to have a say in electing a representative to represent their city or state to determine if the is bill is effective enough towards the citizens and if it should be legalized.

Legislature Laws

The functions of the legislature is make walls and see whether the Senate or the Congress would pass the bill in order for it to become a law. There could be several issues that can result for bill to sent to the legislature and to modify it. For example, in the article titled, “Legislators pitch pension reform at Chamber meeting”, indicates that the legislative, from the Naperville Newspaper in Illinois, and  president, and cabinets negotiate the issues about the pension plans including how much money needed to put towards benefits for citizens and decides when this will take in to acton during something next year to help increase citizens health issues and budget wise and school pension is also increasing year by year and that is becoming an issue for the legislature.

Functions of Executive Branch

The executive is a branch that initiatives or request federal laws and passes it down to the legislative to confirm. For example, taxes, even though it can be part of the provincial government jobs, roads, health care, etc. This ideas can be hard to be pass there fore they have to negotiate.

Im the article by Gina Smith for the South Carolina Politics website , state the executive should more effort in to restructuring buildings in the state. They also want the leader of the executive to be more in control of this situation forcing government to active law, so this project to proceed. They also have to enforce residents and citizens to pay more taxes for this project. This scenario proves that the Executive branch and the Senate of the state has to persuade more people to pay more taxes to the provincial government.

This all in the article named “Senate Oks government restructuring”

Constitution Laws

In response to the article, “Do Gay Marriage allow to be legal?” stating that in California is determining to legalize gay or same marriages in the state. They believe that gay marriage can have a impact towards society providing shameless to the country. In the constitution, the fourteen ammendment states gay marriages are legalized and people can express freely  and do actions they want.

A ‘Buffet Rule’ for Tax inequality

As of Jan.24, President Obama proposed “the Buffet Rule” to rectify this was pahased-in requirement that all taxpayers making more than 1 million dollars a year must payfederal taxes of at least 30% of their adjusted gross incomes.

This is where Tax inequality comes into play, not every person in the US is obligated to pay these amount of tasks to the government only wants the people whom are wealthy  and others companies that making  more than average  because most companies should pay more taxes to the government to fund

“It’s really impossible to defend a system in which people at the bottom pay 30% or 35% (including Social Security and Medicare) while people at the top who’ve arranged their affairs correctly — not all that hard — pay 15%”, said Mitt Rooney. Base on this inequality, this provides conflict with the “buffet rule”.

The buffett rule will affect so few people so few people that
1) it will affect so few people that it will have no measurable effect on income distrubution

2) Citizens for Tax Justice, a liberal take reform group, figures that the Buffett Rule would affect about 0.8% of tax payers, or 1 out of every 1,250.

Majority of people will tempted to thinks about by enacting the Buffle Rule, we have solved the problem of growing income inequality, we really have event touch it.

Democratic politician can be eloquent about  the stuggling middle class. The middle class is where a big chunk of money is, and there is not way the middle class redistribute money from itself to its. In the US, all people, rich and poor, have the right to think of themselves as middle class. But representatives of the midde class site down to divvy up the spoils  redistribution they will be disapointed

How fast can India grow?

India has been fastest to develop economically and second post populated in Canada. Globalization has played key factor to Indian’s economy. Statistics showed that past on how it grows.  Base on the statistics, Mint has for long argued that India’s trend growth rate was around 8% a year, given current rates of savings and structural rigidities. Anything beyond that would be inflationary, which is why this newspaper supported the monetary tightening by the Reserve Bank of India in 2007 and 2008, at a time when many economists argued that the Indian economy had not overheated and the central bank was being a party pooper.

Much has happened since that boom, especially the total lack of policy reforms and the decline in the savings rate thanks to the huge increase in the government’s revenue deficit. It is quite likely that India’s trend growth rate has declined in the past two years, and could now be closer to 7%. Much of the blame for this has to be laid at the door of the Manmohan Singh government, which has done little on the policy front while being profligate under duress from its political masters and the National Advisory Council.

Democracy not on the Brinks for Pakistan

The future of democracy is on the brinks in Pakistan. The President of Pakistan has issues with a judiciary that doesn’t have any patience  towards the government, regarding parliamentary elections, a growing civillian-military  divide, and a relationship with Washington.

This is not the only reason that is causing a major headache for the government. It is the face off between the government and the supreme court after the Pakistan Party refused to open against the president. The judges would determine  the outcome. Democracy comes in to play by whether they should vote against it. Here is a video, to tell us more about this conflict….
